All "in stock" items will ship via FedEx ground the same business day if ordered by 4:30 pm CST assuming proper credit approval and no special requests (i.e. preferred carrier, air shipments, freight quotes, etc...). We will make every attempt to fulfill special requests same day, but sometimes circumstances dictate otherwise.Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method/carrier. All orders ship complete unless specified 'ship partial' at order placement. Not all items listed on our website are "in stock." Delivery requiring signature furnished upon request only.

Shipping & handling is provided for most items in our product catalog, items with special dimensions or excessive weight may need to be calculated off-line by a representative. We can accommodate shipments outside of the US, but there is a minimum merchandise order of $200. Since we only have one distribution center located in Central Illinois, shipping costs tend to be expensive on international orders. Please visit our international article for sample freight charges. If you are still interested in placing an order please email customer service at CustomerService@FreundContainer.com for more details. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in destination country.
Upon request, we can expedite your shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time for this request is 2:00 PM, CST. Depending on your order shipping weight, expedited shipment fees tend to be more costly than many customers realize. Therefore, we will make every effort to notify you with the amount of the expedited charges before shipment. However, if for some reason you are not available for response, we will still honor your initial request for expedited delivery and you are responsible for the appropriate expedited charges.

With 24-hour advance notice, orders can be picked up at our Streator, Illinois Distribution Center or Sparks, Nevada Distribution Center. These facilities cannot accept cash, please make payment arrangements in advance.
