These pails ae made of freezer-grade rigid high-density polyethylene that is FDA approved. The pails come with tamper-evident, EZ off lids with a slight recess for positive stacking; they can also be reclosed. While these heavy-duty performers are suitable for granulated chemicals, industrial quantities of food or many other dry good, they are not suitable for liquids.
