ORDERING : Small Order Fee
There is no minimum dollar amount required to place an order. However, a small order fee of $15 will be applied to all orders with a merchandise value less than $75.


ORDERING : Samples
The following is our terms and conditions regarding our sampling program & policy:

• A $10 fee applies to each sample order – shipping and applicable taxes are additional.
• All sample orders must be paid with a credit card.
• Each sample order may contain up to 3 items.
• A sample order may not contain any item or any combination of items where merchandise value exceeds $10. Additional charges will apply to these orders.
• Customers that have ordered $5,000 or more within the last 12 months are exempt from sample fees.
• A $20 discount, in the form of a merchandise credit, will be applied toward your next order over $200. This one time discount only applies to each $10 sample order fee and to products related to the sample order(s).
• If at any time Freund believes a customer is abusing this policy, in any manner, we reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions written above.

Freund Container & Supply is legally obligated to collect taxes on all shipments to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin Shipments.

For resale tax exemption, Resale Certificates must be faxed to 800.423.7545 when order is placed.

Charity, religious, educational or government agencies must fax proof of exemption to (800) 423-7545.


SHIPPING : Charges
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates (shipping variance example). For freight estimates, contact Customer Service at 800.363.9822.


SHIPPING : Expedited Delivery
Upon request, we can expedite your shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time is 2:00 PM, CST. Additional charges may apply.


SHIPPING : Delivery Time
Items that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.

SHIPPING : International
Orders shipping internationally require a minimum merchandise purchase of $1,000. All international orders require a certified cashiers check drawn on a US bank in US dollars or electronic fund transfer before product will ship (credit cards & money orders are not accepted). Freight charges are calculated at time of shipment. Please read our shipping & handling and international articles for more information on freight charges. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in desination country.


SHIPPING : Drop/Blind Shipments
We can drop ship & send blind shipments upon request. Please indicate your request in the comment section of your online order or mention your request to a customer service associate when ordering by phone.


SHIPPING : Pick-Up Orders
With 24-hour advance notice, orders can be picked up at our Streator, Illinois Distribution Center. As this facility cannot accept cash, payment arrangements must be made in advance.
