Order Shipment
All "in stock" items will ship the same
business day if ordered by 2:30 pm cst and you have proper credit approval. Not all items listed on our website are "in stock" - please contact customer service for more details. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method/carrier. PLEASE NOTE that all orders
ship complete unless a customer requests to 'ship partial' at order placement.
Shipping & Handling
While we provide a shipping & handling estimate for some items in our shopping cart, actual shipping & handling charges will be added to your invoice. Actual charges are not calculated at time of order placement because order quantity, product weight, product dimensions and 'shipping weight' ultimately determine the appropriate shipping carrier and costs. International
We can accommodate shipments outside of the US, but there is a
minimum merchandise order of $1,000. Since we only have one distribution center located in Central Illinois, shipping costs tend to be expensive on international orders. Please visit our
international article for sample freight charges. If your still interested in placing an order please email customer service at
CustomerService@FreundContainer.com for more details. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in destination country.
Expedited Delivery
Upon request, we can expedite your shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time for this request is 2:00 PM, CST. Depending on your order shipping weight, expedited shipment fees tend to be more costly than many customers realize. Therefore, we will make every effort to notify you with the amount of the expeditied charges before shipment. However, if for some reason you are not available for response, we will still honor your initial request for expedited delivery and you are responsible for the appropriate expedited charges.

Drop/Blind Shipments
We can drop ship upon request. Blind shipments can be arranged through customer service. Please contact us by phone for more details.
Pick-Up Orders
With 24-hour advance notice, orders can be picked up at our Streator, Illinois Distribution Center. As this facility cannot accept cash, payment arrangements must be made in advance.
